WILLIAM MESSNER-LOEBS BENEFIT COMIC

William Messner-Loebs is a prominent award-winning comic book author and artist who lives here in Michigan, who has been not only an inspiration but a significant encouragement and collaborator with other artists.

However, due to bad luck, he found himself and his wife homeless. Working with friends of mine in Detroit Tradecraft, we’ve pulled together various comics creators for this benefit book to raise awareness of homelessness and help Bill and his wife find their way back into a home.

The members of Detroit Tradecraft have recruited a team of awesome writers and authors for a benefit comic for William and Nadine Messner-Loebs; it was suggested that I put up a central page for those interested in the project. All content is now in for the book, and we have 36-page, full color comic ready to print.

All proceeds from the sales of this book will go directly to William and Nadine Messner-Loebs so that they can get themselves back in a place of their own.
