Comments: “The Empress’s New Clothes!” This is a retelling of the old tale and Veronica looks lovely parading around in her underwear. When it comes to a battle of wits Archie and Reggie in any time will never stand a chance against Veronica and Betty. The art is gorgeous and the story entertaining.
“The Red Shoes” A curse and two obnoxious girls make for a magical tale where good does come alive. The art is so beautifully done it brings the characters to life.
“The Princess and the Pea” Here Betty does something she would normally never ever do. The tale as told here is amusing with the comedy that is added in.
“The (Not So Frozen) SnowQueen” Veronica makes for a cute Snow Queen and Betty and Archie join in the fun. We learn how to thaw out a frozen heart in this tale.
These fairy tales are handled so well and they turned out beautifully being adapted to the Archie style.
