Rejoice! For this month there are not one, but two BAD IDEA DAYS! (we should double up on things more often…)
Following on the heels of last week’s epic release of SLAY BELLS, this Wednesday, THE LOT #1 goes on sale in BAD IDEA Destination Stores around the world. And with it comes your PENULTIMATE CHANCE to secure a First Customer Pin before we unveil the secret gifts they may bestow.
That’s gifts. As in plural.
That’s also may. As in possibly, but not necessarily.
But that’s all we’re giving you right now. For all the details (or, more accurately, some more of the details), you’ll have to wait until Wednesday, August 18th. So stop your incessant questioning because in just 36 days all (or, more accurately, some more) will be revealed!
Until then, remember these pins are strictly to be awarded only to the first customer to purchase a copy of THE LOT #1 at each BAD IDEA Destination store location. The first customer to walk in during official store hours and pick up a copy – that includes early bird Wednesday Warriors buying at the counter, someone picking up a pre-order, a random making a purchase, even the guy who really needs the restroom but then locks eyes with THE LOT #1 – you just have to be the first.
If you manage to secure an illustrious pin make sure to post about it on social and tag @badideahello so that our crack social media team can amplify it and spread the word.
This is the part of the email where we’d normally show you some pages from THE LOT #1 but, alas, out of an abundance of caution rising from the early reactions to THE LOT, we are withholding story and art pages, as well as details beyond the synopsis. We cannot, in good conscience, continue to make widely available pages that have caused such a disturbing response. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
Instead, we will leave you with a quick reminder that in the wake of SLAY BELLS and THE LOT’s steamrolling debuts, Bad Idea will be delivering it’s FINAL FIVE titles through to the end of the year:
