Codex

I finished reading a very actioned pack book called Codex by Bill Craig. There is so much action in this book that even the main character, Jake Fortune needs a break from time to time. If you are a fan of Indiana Jones, lost civilizations, Nazis as the bad guys and all out action, this is the book for you.
Set in the 1930s, where a lot of great adventures happened, Jake Fortune is an ex-soldier from World War 1 in need of an adventure. He soon gets it along with some romance of the red-hair Professor type. The book felt like someone took all the Indiana Jones movies and had all the action scenes cut so that all could be seen in one movie, WOW!
This is the kind of book I like, full of action, with heroes who act like real heroes. If you remember reading a book or watching a movie where you cheered for the hero, you will LOVE Codex. This book could have been twice as long, and I would still wish there was more. Bill Craig has gained a fan for life. I’m glad he has several books written, I’ll be reading everyone I can.
