WHAT IS THIS? At Argo University there are many clubs and activities but for the young superheroine in training the choice is clear, Super Gamma Mega — The Sorority of Power. This volume collects the first five issues of Sorority of Power along with their first appearance, an 8 page story from Argo Comics Anthology #2.

We are also releasing an all new issue with SORORITY OF POWER # 16 exclusively on Kickstarter. Writer Dan Sehn, artist Rob Banbury and colorist Teo Pinheiro bring you this new stand alone issue that guest stars Pink Puma from our PINK PUMA & RED ROOSTER #1 campaign (available here as an add on). The sorority sisters takes on the all new threats of Laserbutt, Bloodspoon and the incredible Slop! We finish the issue off with a pin-up gallery with such talents as Tim Vigil, Martheus Wade, Arnaldo Junior, Rafael Lanhellas, Rafael Dantas and more! For those who have their own superheroine, we are offering limited spots on a Kickstarter exclusive cover with YOUR character appearing as a sorority sister!

WHO ARE SORORITY OF POWER? The Sorority of Power is the top sorority in the country for today”s mega-heroine in training. Sorority President Lady Blackstar along with sorority sisters Crush and Ms. Molecule, train hopeful young pledges Cybersuit, Leopard Lass, and Moushka.

WHY KICKSTARTER? With 15 years of publishing and 15 issues released of this particular title, we would like to broaden our readership as we do not have mainstream distribution. In other words we want to give everyone a chance to enjoy these stories in convenient trade paperback format. Funds will go towards printing and postage of the trade and Kickstarter fees. Anything left will go into paying the indie creators who are currently working on bringing you more Argo Comics goodness.

WHO WORKED ON THIS? Writer Dan Sehn teamed with the mega-artistic talents of Bill Maus to bring you this series. We also had guest artist issues by the extraordinary talents of TG Sangalang and Rafael Lanhellas. Luisa Russo illustrated the Sorority’s 8 page first appearance from our anthology title. Miguel Marques unified the series with his wonderful colors. Superb covers of the issues included in the trade were by Bill Maus, Franchesco!, Luisa Russo, Alex Garcia and Andrea Meneghin. This collection contains a pin-up section of comic superstars that includes Terry Dodson, Jonboy Meyers, Franchesco!, Louis Small Jr., Ben Dunn, Scott “Shade” Jones, Scott Blair and Nebaroth! We also include Nebaroth’s rarely seen naughty ads for this saucy series.
