NEON SPANDX TEAM
WRITER/CREATOR: HANNU KESOLA
ART: MARCELO SALAZA ( Image Comics, Titan Comics, Action Lab, Caliber Comics )
COLORS: RANDELL COFFMAN.
LETTERS: ALEX GILES (Scout Comics and Markosia.)
Neon Spanx is Hannu’s love letter to Spider-Man.
“ He was my favourite character that couldn’t stop reading when I was a kid. Neon Spandx is reader friendly comic about a young teen who unexpectedly gets superpowers who has to balance his new found powers with girl troubles and situations at home”.
The first story arc is four issues mini-series and tells our protagonists first three days as a superhero. I think that the most important and intriguing thing about Neon Spandx is that people can relate to the main characters. My hope is that younger kids would grab this title on the comic shops and become comic fans, just like I did. I would say that fans of Spider-Man (and related titles), Nova, Rochelle, Bat-girl, and Gotham Academy would enjoy our book.
