Comments: Alex s called in to help with a child abduction. The case is handled quickly by her. It turns out she is really good at her job.
Alex gets to take on some creature. What is it? She does use the Witchblade against it. The Witchblade has power but it does not seem like much at least the way it is illustrated.
The art comes across as ok but without any good poses. Alex, the creature, the Witchblade all need to be shown off better. We only get glimpses of the Witchblade.
There are mysteries here. Who is Ash? What is this version of the Witchblade? What will this all mean to Alex?
The story is strange in how it is presented. Alex seems like she would make a nice match with the Witchblade but the story does not get into her bond with it. The story kind of flows along and does not focus on much of anything.
Alex might well be a wonderful character. Hopefully, we can find out more about her and the Witchblade.
