Comments: Wallace and his friends Spud and Amelia do have some interesting and weird observations.
Wallace’s imagination does run wild. He and his friends have such fun entertaining thoughts of such nonsense it is a delight to read them and think about them.
The art is done in a cartoon style that adds fun to the story.
These kids are laid back and know how to enjoy life. Spud is fearful yet he is still there, Amelia likes to push others on and Wallace just loves to live his life to the fullest.
Wallace’s younger brother Sterling has got to be one of the weirdest kids you will ever see.
Wallace does have one exciting life while his friend Spud prefers the quieter things. These two are the best of friends and both are weird little kids.
There is a bird that is always around when Amelia is yet nothing is said about it. Is it her pet? Why is it there? It is a mystery and a strange one. It will have you questioning what is going on with that bird.
The short adventures they get into will captivate you. You will find yourself feeling like a child again and also being glad you are not Wallace or his friends.
