Comments: A couple mercenaries catch Dr. Frankenstein’s monster coming across the border from Mexico. They do not fare well.
Meanwhile two field agents find Dr. Baker. She is drawn amazing and does present a mad doctor look with intellect. Her presence is strongly felt. We also get a look at her son. He is something else.
The original Dr. Frankenstein’s monster is not used enough here. The story mostly focuses on the two agents.
Seeing the son of Dr. Baker who is the new improved and updated model for Dr. Frankenstein’s monster is actually done pretty nicely just it is so short.
Dr. Frankenstein’s monster is illustrated as a big man with a frightening appearance. Not really monstrous though.
