Comments: The monster is on the loose and he has killed. Dr. Henry Frankenstein goes after his creation. He now realizes it was a mistake to bring him back for he has no soul. The monster does not understand good from evil.
This story has elements that the original did not. Adding the boy who had parts of his father used in the monster creation works. The boy adds a more human aspect.
You know the monster can not be left to run free and you feel sorry for the beast. He does not know why people are upset and angry with him.
A part of the ending is not clear. A part that is drawn and focused upon yet seems to have no reason for being there. This ending is different from the original book. Yet if you enjoyed the original or the movie version you will enjoy this.
The Dr, boy, and monster all make great characters and are used well throughout this issue.
The art is so well done it delivers the story in a traditional style.
