Comments: “The Before Times” Melvin was bullied in the Before Times. Because he was weak, there was not much he could do.
Melvin now is the Toxic Avenger and he is big and green. The people responsible for his condition want him to do what they say.
Toxic Avenger must stop Pluto another person affected by the radioactive ooze. Toxie must take him down. He does and he does it respectfully and as a friend. After the fight, the art shows off the Toxic Avenger so well. He is starting to show the public and himself that he is a hero.
“Microwave Directions For Your Chicken-Fried Steak Entree” is a nice recipe with a few funny warnings, which are great advice if you live in Tromville.
“Friend of Bill” This story has some sympathy going on, the only problem is it does not go anywhere. The ending makes no sense. The story itself is just there, so why tell it?
The Toxic Avenger aka Melvin is a character that we can all connect with. He was just a guy who felt out of place in the world yet he had confidence in himself. He has found that with great power comes the ability to rip people apart. The art certainly shows off his muscles they are huge.
