Comments: Angel is on the run with Ammit right behind her. Ammit is a demon dog and certainly illustrated as one. This creature is a terror to behold.
Angel has been partially possessed by Nebetah the high priestess. Angel gets some of her memories and loses some of her own. You can easily see how much this is disturbing Angel. Both the art and writing bring it across well.
The story moves along like a movie from Hammer Horror Films. It shows you the characters and builds up some interest. You find yourself hoping for Angel. You want things to work out for her even when you know they will not.
Palimpsest is coming and it looks like no one can protect Angel. Angel is portrayed here just how you would expect someone in her position to act. She is confused but still you see her inner strength.
So you can watch this old style horror movie in these pages as it unfolds.
