Comments: There is a whole lot going on and only a small explanation for it. Well, the evil plan is to raise the Dragon Lord.
If you have been following the series you would know exactly what is going on but for anyone just coming on board a little more of a recap would have been nice.
The turtles and their friends are facing many foes here. The Dragon Lord is ready to be unleashed on the world. There are too many characters running around that you will have no idea who they are unless you have been reading the previous issues. Why are there five turtles?
One falls and the turtles will never be the same again.
We do get action it is just not done very exciting. Yes, people and the world are saved just there is little build-up. There are no dynamic poses. The dragon now it is drawn looking amazing.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are weird at times and they are heroes who love pizza. None of that is seen here though. They are shown here as just guys fighting to save the world. There is no fun in this issue.
Too many unanswered questions here and just way too depressing. Even when the Turtles win it does not seem like they do.
