Comments: Spawn is illustrated in a dark costume. He seems to be having some control issues with the costume for some unknown reason. Al is gathering allies for his war.
Than we see her, she jumps out of the page in bright and dark reds. She is agile and fast as she moves so smoothly. She is a deadly beauty.
Al’s demon powers may be gone but he is still capable. He can easily handle a thief.
Than we see our red beauty again. She is poetry in motion. Spawn joins her in her battle against King Spider. We are treated to a lovely pin-up style two spread page of the three of them.
The red beauty is ANT. This issue does not tell you much about her other than she is a fighter in her own war. Her and Spawn work good together.
Having a depowered Spawn does not seem as good. ANT well is illustrated nicely but could be better.
ANT though does steal this issue. She has a presence that makes her stand out. ANT is the super-hero to watch out for.
