Comments: Lighting strikes around the world and they appear to be giving people super powers. A man in a costume appears to confront several criminals with powers. Who is this man? Is his costume controlling him? We also see a beautiful blonde reporter J. J. who is on the scene and fearless in the sight of danger.
This costumed man is being forced to fight. He just wants to run away. The costume puts up a good fight as it hits hard. The man in it is Don and he is not in control here.
Samuel Antonetti he has powers and is called The Siphon. He is illustrated well showing him using them. Nice use of colors to show his powers off. As Don jumps off a building the action pose is stunning. It will definitely catch your eye.
A lot more explanation about how Don got this costume is needed and about what happened in that warehouse. Other than that the story goes along great. The characters are wonderfully presented. Don is likable and in a situation he does not want to be in. J.J. is forceful. The Siphon is evil and he is a character you will be looking forward to seeing more of.
This is a fun superhero comic that is gets you liking the hero and hating the villian right from the start.
