Comments: Justice International is a spy-for-hire business. Rob Hanes is one of its newest agents.
This story has Rob on the job at a Comicon. He is protecting a rare and expensive comic. Of course, one thing leads to another and Rob has multiple crimes looking at him. Things move fast as Rob zeros in on the culprit. The story does not provide much of a thrilling aspect. It is kept simple.
You get to see lots of cosplayers around the con. The criminal responsible and Rob provide an exciting well-drawn chase scene.
Rob’s character is one of a cool, clam detective who does his job.
“Prefrock” Story & art by Randy Reynaldo. Justice International has its own uniforms here. They are a simple design that actually looks good.
The story is hard to follow. It has to do with international intrigue but what exactly is hard to tell.
The humor is subdued. Rob does face danger and excitement while doing his job as a soldier of fortune and private investigator.
