Comments: Masquerade is illustrated as a beauty and written with some fire in her. She was a sexy super-hero. Now in 2018, she has lost faith in herself and in others who were super-heroes.
The Green Lama, The Mighty Samson, Black Terror and Scarab are in town to meet Masquerade. They come out of retirement to rescue innocents and they are shown working so well as a team. The art is gorgeous showing these heroes in action. The villain here The Death-Defying Devil. This guy is drawn to exude evil yet he is being controlled. By who that is the mystery. Imani a woman from the rescued plane shows great courage and she gets a gift of a large flag drapes itself around her, why? You know this is somehow going to give her superpowers. Just from the way the story is written.
The gathering of these heroes is going to lead to something special you can just feel it in these pages.
