The second season of “Preacher” is a genre-bending thrill ride that follows West Texas preacher Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper), his badass ex-girlfriend Tulip (Academy Award nominee Ruth Negga, Best Actress, Loving, 2016) and Irish vampire Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) as they embark on a road trip to find God and are thrust into a twisted battle spanning Heaven, Hell and everywhere in between.

DISC 1

On The Road – In the wake of Annville’s annihilation. Jesse (Dominic Cooper) and his friends set out in search of God, unaware of a deadly nemesis that is following their every move.

Comments: Our three stars start off this episode just chatting in the car. Then it’s a high-speed chase which looks so much fun.
Jesse has the voice of God and he has fun using it. Then things get real bloody real fast. The Saint of Killers is coming for Jesse and his two friends Tulip and Cassidy.
Tulip has some gorgeous legs. She also has a great personality and sexy underwear.
This is an over the top show with gunfire and explosions. The people in this series are tough killers. They also meet others on their travels who are strange and weird and also over the top.
The show does have some surprises. It is definitely different than anything else on TV.
When Jesse uses the Voice it is amazing. It is powerful and unstoppable, well almost.
The characters are all unbelievable and danger lurks around every corner.

Mumbai Sky Tower – As Jesse squares off against the Saint of Killers (Graham McTavish) at a Texas motel, an old partner in crime returns to threaten Tulip (Ruth Negga).

Comments: The Saint of Killers has arrived. He is one deadly being. He just keeps on going and going an unstoppable force.
Then we focus on a guy trying to kill himself over and over again.
The characters in this series are so weird. The vampire Cassidy makes friends with an angel that can not die.
Jesse, Tulip and Cassidy head to New Orleans in their search for God with the Saint of Killers following. He is a being of pure toughness.

Damsels – A trip to New Orleans threatens to expose Tulip to an angry ex-boss and places an unwitting Jesse in the crosshairs of a dangerous secret organization.

Comments: Tracey and her friend Eugene talking lead to him trying to stuff her brains back in her head. Then we see Eugene in Hell and his mouth is strange with a capital S.
Nice Jazz music in this episode.
Wow, a dalmatian dog/man is weird.
Tulip is afraid of something in New Orleans. Viktor someone she knew who is angry at her. His men do find her though. Tulip does act all nice and calm buying cigarettes as they find her.
The characters and the things happening around them always keep you wondering what is coming next.

Viktor – As their arrival in New Orleans brings Tulip face to face with a disgruntled ex-boss, Jesse gets some surprising news about his search for God.

Comments: Tulip is brought to Viktor. All Viktor’s employees and family hate her. Jesse does come to her rescue and finds out a big surprise.
Eugene in Hell is with Hitler and others in a prison. Hell is different than one would imagine. Hitler on his own in Hell is not as frightening as when he was in Germany at the height of his career.
The whole situation with Dennis is just weird. Does Cassidy even know him?
The Saint of Killers is still stalking Jesse. This guy just ]does not give up.

DISC 2

Dallas – As Tulip recalls the turn in their relationship that led him back to Annville, Jesse looks to take revenge on her mobster husband.

Comments: Here we look back at Tulip and Jesse’s earlier relationship. They are living a good life and they want one thing a child. Well one of them did. Tulip is not all that good a person. She comes across as one but she is most definitely not.
Jesse shows some restraint and the Saint of Killers does not.
Jesse and Tulip’s relationship this episode does become stronger. They do make a great couple.

Sokosha – Jesse’s search for the actor who was killed while playing God leads him into a risky bargain with the Saint of Killers.

Comments: A man makes some kind of body fluid donation. It gets him and his wife lots of money than he resells it for more. It’s a new version of the fountain of youth.
The Saint of Killers is one bloody killing machine. Jesse does face off against him here. The outcome is not what you or anyone would expect.

Pig – As Tulip joins in a deadly game to raise money for Jesse’s search, Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) faces a big decision about Denis.

Comments: In the jungle, a group of people pray to a pig. This pig is huge.
This episode is weird. People are shown driving around picking up the dead and the drunk. Cassidy gets shot for money.
Tulip has one sweet looking butt. She is so beautiful but she is also not fully normal. Tulip is one tough woman.
One man takes some tests to join the Grail. These tests are so fun to watch. You will laugh. This guy is so tough and so focused on joining. He is a killer and he is coming for Jesse. One strange man after another strange one.
Jesse has a conversation with a doomsayer. Jesse is concerned about the fact he sold off part of his soul.

DISC 3

Holes – As Jesse ramps up his search, Tulip finds that they are being followed.

Comments: In Hell Eugene, the guy with the butt/mouse is finding things easier. He has gotten tough. They even have a candy bar machine only it is out of order. Hell is one weird place.
The hole part is about a gunshot hole that Tulip is obsessed with.
It is revealed the relationship between Dennis and Cassidy and it is not at all what you might think.

Puzzle Piece – As Jesse prepares to repel an attack by the Grail, Cassidy helps his ailing son make a surprising recovery.

Comments: The Grail’s assassin is coming after Jesse, Tulip, and Cassidy. First, though he sends in a strike team. Then two others. Then an air strike. These guys are serious.
Tulip is becoming a bit obsessed with getting shot.
The Grail’s assassin does meet Jesse and instead of trying to kill him, offers to help him. What is up with that?

Dirty Little Secret – As Herr Starr (Pip Torrens) leads Jesse to the Messiah, Tulip suspects she’s being drawn into a trap set by the Grail.

Comments: Jesus is shown in the past and the scene will blow your mind.
Jesse and Herr Starr are working together.
We learn that the 25th descendant of Jesus is alive. He is not what you would expect.
Tulip finds a surprise where they are staying. Tulip is just so gorgeous it is something you notice every time you see her.
This series is weird and strange beyond anything else. You will see things on here that you have never seen and will never see again.

DISC 4

Backdoors – After Herr Starr schemes to come between him and Tulip and sow doubt about the fate of the Saint of Killers, Jesse must continue his search for God alone.

Comments: Jesse, Cassidy and Tulip most times act like normal people just hanging out.
A look back at Hitler shows he used to be a wimp. Now in Hell, he is a wimp again. Well until he is not. He is, after all, Adolph Fucking Hitler. The scenes in Hell with Hitler and Eugene are so wonderfully weird.
Jesse is still searching for God. His search puts him in some interesting situations.
Tulip is getting rid of the Saint of Killers weapons. She finds it is not so easy. Tulip does give up easy though.

On Your Knees – After being forced into a showdown with the Saint of Killers, Jesse continues his search for God.

Comments: The Grail rescues the Saint of Killers. The Saint is an unstoppable force.
Jesse, Cassidy, and Tulip sit down for a meal and a chat. They talk about what Jesse is going to do. Tulip asks Jesse a very good question.
In Hell Hitler and Eugene continue their escape. While the Saint is back in Hell. What is going to happen to him there?
This episode does bring up some good questions.

The End Of The Road – As Jesse is recruited to be the Messiah, Tulip uncovers the truth about the Grail.

Comments: A man out in the country is conning tourists out of money. When he gets angry he kills a chicken.
Jesse gets into a fist fight with four assailants. Jesse sure can hit hard.
Tulip can hit hard to especially when it comes to some racist guy who goes too far.
Eugene and Hitler continue with their escape. Hitler behaves strangely even for a dead German.
Cassidy and his son have a chat that leads to more.
Wow, Tulip just Wow. Aw, finally the chicken is tried in.
How this episode ends is truly amazing and yes weird too.

Comments: Cute behind the scenes and mistakes made by the actors. These are fun to watch.

Overall this is one of the weirdest and strangest shows you could ever watch. It has everything fighting, killing, romance, supernatural, killer gunfights, car chases, one of the hottest babes on TV and a tough Preacher.
