Comments: Northguard lost his arm in a fight with an alien. Here him and Manon Deschamps shown in a hospital for children missing limbs. Phil does just by being there inspire the kids yet his speech is in need of sprucing up.
Northguard is back in action. His new costume is darker more subtle. He has his first mission. Northguard and Wolf do meet and it gets violent real fast. They do trade blows and blasts.
The story just gets started and its over. Just as you are getting into it then you have to wait till the next issue.
Northguard is a great super-hero for Canada just he needs to be used more like one and has less to do with the cloak and dagger stuff.
Michael Evans, now he is a character to look out for. You never know what he is up to or will do next.
