Comments: Richie is like an angel. He does fly high and then he does not. Things do get grisly for this Anti-New-Men Agent. He does not deserve to be attacked just for what he is. The art does show him off nicely.
Some of the New Men can be a serious threat.
There are many characters with a lot happening but no explanation as to why or what is going on. Things jump around in time as we look back but what is the reason for it. There is a whole other storyline going on here. It is a good one but again it needs to be tied into the current storyline.
The action scenes of fighting are well-drawn and they are the best part of this issue.
The story is all over the place and other than having people with powers it does not tie in with the other issues. This series has so much potential it just needs to focus. Randomly showing people using powers in different situations is not enough it needs to be woven into the story. Tell us about the characters, who they are, and why we should care about them. The brief bit of information is just enough to let the reader know yes this could be great.
