Comments: A father turns his son into the authorities, why? The son is just hanging out with his girlfriend. She does look wondrous floating in the air with energy around her. The father is shown caring about his son and his other children his actions though lead to the opposite happening.
Than we shift to a woman who is very uncouth. You can tell her job is to hunt people with powers and kill them. She is someone you will take an immediate dislike to. The art showing her fits her character perfectly. This woman you will love hating her. She is just someone you will want to see hurt.
More of an explanation as to what is going on and why it is is needed. Not everything has to be revealed at once but a little bit to drew you in and get you interested and thinking. There is no background given on why people are hunted and killed who have powers. This world of 2030 has zero explained about it here.
The killer, hunter woman does draw your attention. She is what will bring you back.
