Unless you have been reading this series you will be totally lost as to who is who and what is going on and why? Who are Moth & Whisper?
Is the main character of this comic called both Moth & Whisper? It is never said what his name is. What is genderqueer? It is a catch-all category for gender identities that are not exclusively masculine or feminine. The main character is this which is a fairly unique thing for a comic.
On the last page, they actually tell you his name, Niki. So what does Moth & Whisper have to do with anything? It is never explained.
The story moves along slowly and the art has nothing outstanding to it.
Niki’s character has some interest as a thief.
