Comments: Monica is full of enthusiasm. She is illustrated as a cute girl.
This story starts differently. Monica and Nick are having a conversation with the narrator. A scientist is shown at work and he has a couple of interesting lab rats. Antonio Starch is based on someone famous from a marvelous company.
It is Golden Armor vs Doctor Destruction. The suits of armor look amazing. Then it is revealed how this fits into this comic.
Nick Nope is a character you will love to hate. Nick does seem to hate everything. In this book, he is focused on the movie Golden Armor. Golden Armor is an Iron Man wannabe.
Monica is such a cute character and she does have several guys after her heart. They though act funny in a strange way sometimes acting as if they do not want her.
Nick Nope has an idea about the Golden Armor movie. It is a way out there one. Monica being his friend tries to talk sense into him which of course does not work. The interactions between these two are fun to watch.
The black and white art is cute throughout this book.
The story flows along smoothly and does reach the end which ends in a cliffhanger. It is not as thrilling as one might hope for.
Monica and her character plus her teeth design are what makes this comic so lovable. Monica is someone you will not forget and you will come to love her too.
