Comments: The Black Dragon has Tommy on the run. With Json’s help he survives. Who is this Black Dragon and why is he helping Rita.
Tommy the Green Ranger we get to see a lot of him this issue. He is proving to be a valuable Power Ranger. He decides to share his power with the other Rangers and the results are surprising.
Tommy and the Black Dragon do see a little bit of battle between them. It is very little and not with any great poses.
The overall entire story there is not much to it. Plus no Power Rangers poses of them ready for battle.
The last page delivers a slight surprise. That is about it though.
“The Ongoing Adventures of Bulk & Skull” Bulk and Skull foil a robbery. These two guys are fun to watch. They are a little weird but basicly good guys.
