Comments: Goldar is getting a new army to fight the Rangers with one in his image.
We see the Rangers on a strange twisted version of our Earth. Here the Green Ranger aka Black Dragon along with Rita has conquered the world. He rules with an iron fist.
This world is a dark and dreary place.
The Rangers seem to be spending a lot of time standing around talking. As Trini and Billy talk one from each world they talk of the other Billy. It is an emotional moment.
Things are starting to move faster as something big is about to happen.
This issue needed more action.
“The Ongoing Misadventures of Squatt & Baboo” Baboo invents something to get rid of the Power Rangers and Squatt well he does what Squatt does. Baboo is the smarter one.
You kind of feel sorry for these two minions of Rita’s. They do put up with being abused by her.
The art has some nice colors. The characters are drawn with a look of fun to them which is kind of opposite to how they are treated.
These two characters are ones you might even route for if they were not bad guys.
