Comments: A Plowman is on a bloody killing spree as a farmer finds him in his field. The townspeople rally and prepare to fight this creature. They have a plan and they have the Eaters. The build-up to showing these Eaters is well done.
Why though is all this happening? Who is this Plowman? What happened before with the Eaters? So many questions and no answers. The setting seems to be the old west yet there are signs of things from in the future so when does this story take place?
There are characters who look interesting yet they are not introduced to the reader. You will have no idea who they are or why they are here.
What is the purpose of this comic, the story? Things needed to be explained and a plot given. The art is ok but has nothing about it that stands out.
The word famine is mentioned is that who this horseman was, one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse? Who knows.
The Eaters do make for a menacing threat.
