Comments: In this world, Archie is surviving and the world has changed. It is overrun with demons. The art brings out the evil dark place it has turned into. Archie is given the power to fight these demons.
The demons in Riverdale are evil ferocious creatures and they are out to kill. Jughead is still preaching nonviolence.
It is not surprising to see Madame Satan still around. She handles the Blossom twins and helps Archie.
Archie must deal with how he will try to save his friends. Also how far he is willing to go. The power and the demon within are corrupting Archie making him feel more hardened to take care of his friends harshly once they are possessed.
All the characters are sad pathetic versions of the ones from the regular Archie Universe. These people are just getting by, survivors of an Apocalypse of Hellish means.
This is a tour through Riverdale if Hell had come to it and it has.
