Comments: Laurie Gale is nervous and the art really brings this out. The art is cute in an anime style. The colors are soft which fits beautifully with the art style.
Laurie is interviewing a famous chef, Oryan. Laurie immediately upon seeing Oryan is captivated by his good looks. The two do some interviews and they are getting along great. Both are learning more about each other. Both become interested in the other for more than just work-related.
Oryan is having trouble deciding what he wants. Should he follow his career or his heart? Also, he is feeling attracted to Laurie. What will Oryan do? He finally stands up for himself.
Oryan and Laurie as the story progresses you see them building a relationship slowly and growing closer. This is the start of a beautiful loving relationship.
This book yes has a queer couple and mentions and shows lesbians yet the story does not focus on that. Laurie used to have an eating disorder which is briefly touched upon. The main story though is about two people meeting and falling in love. The writer brings this across beautifully with their words and through their art.
