Comments: The monster killers have been busy and they do suffer. The ranks do need to be replenished. Finding good candidates can be hard.
Here we are shown that there is more to the Houses than just killing monsters.
One man is investigating something. He seems unsure. His presence is being noticed. He confides in another member of the house as they both try to understand what his findings mean. Neither person is mentioned by name.
These two men and Bait now are all trying to figure out what is going on and why. How is Gerde involved? It is all one big mystery. One of them comes up with a way to track the unknown people in the house.
Something really weird is going on with Marco Slaughter. Other house members have been attacked why? Was it Marco? What is going on and why is it such a mystery?
There needs to be more information given out. The reader needs to have some idea of what is going on. Having two nameless guys wandering around looking for who knows what is not enough.
The art is nicely done on the interior of the house and the characters within it.
Well, the House needs someone doing something. What it is is anyone’s guess.
