Comments: “L-O-V-E: Well one big guy does go out of his way to impress a girl. She is impressed too. This story has lots of blood and gore only thing it does not have is a actual story. The art does have a dark atmosphere to it and Timothy does give off frightening vibes.
“I Can’t Take You Anywhere” Cute short story. Shows how some relationships may go downhill. Nicely drawn people in a simple style.
“Evermore” A man after suffering a loss tries a dating site that his friend and brother-in-law suggests. A girl he chatted with from the dating site may be more than just a girl or maybe not. It could all be in his imagination. It is impossible to tell. The story needed to tell you more about what is going on. The creature we see at the end is a frightening apparition.
“Words in the Smoke” This is a sad story about love lost. One woman so in love and then sadness. The love moves on perhaps. The story does pull at your heartstrings. It does have a dark side as well. The woman is illustrated as a vision of loveness.
“Excision” This is a weird story about a man going to the doctor for an operation and things get strange.
“The Booth” Most of the lettering is too light to read. Since you can not read most of the story it makes no sense. The use of yellow in the black-and-white art does make it stand out nicely. Otherwise, the art is boring with little happening.
Overall this issue the stories needed to be better written and easier to understand.
