Comments: “The Christmas Log” One man was bullied in school way too much but the Christmas spirit and the Christmas Log have brought out his sense of treating people fairly. He has sought out one bully from his school days and lets the bully know how he felt. He is in a sharing spirit. It is nice to see such a loving son and one who lets a bully know what it’s like to be bullied.
“Into the Mines” Here a landowner is working with blacks in his mine. In the mine though is something else. Yes, there are creatures and they are nasty. The art is dark in the mine yet you can still see the spider-like things. You will not want to go into this mine but the things therein may come out.
“Aisling, Drowned” A strange woman living out in the country is noticed by a young boy. This story has no meaning to it. The art is hard to make out.
“I Can’t Take You Anywhere” Nice one-panel cartoon with a twist.
The War, Part Six” A man sick from radiation poisoning is taken to survivors inside a house. He just wants someone to talk to as he dies. These two men just talk a bit. It is kinda sad but neither can change what is happening.
This issue lacked a sscorefactor. Some of the storytelling and art wweregood. The people in the aftermath of a nuclear war are survivors who do not know what to do other than sit and wait. It is sad.
