Comments: The Grim Reaper aka Death was in love with a human Lilah Harrow and yes they had a baby girl, Jessica Harrow. The Grim Reaper was unsure about it all. This was a look at the past.
Now present time Jess and Eddie plus Harold are going to see Life on his magical island. On this island, they stand around chatting.
Death and Lilah’s relationship is screwed up. He loves her with all her heart and soul. She well not so much. So they take some time apart. She is a free spirit not wanting to be tied down.
We get a look at the entity known as Time. Yes literally Time itself. She is drawn as a cute little thing in a gothic way.
Jess meets her mother here and not much happens. It has been a while since it was mentioned why Jess is looking for her father Death. You might have forgotten about it.
The art does not show the characters doing anything but standing around. It is boring. The mother-daughter relationship is pretty much ignored.
The incarnations of Death, Life, and Time are wonderful to see.
