Comments: Rita’s past life before the Power Rangers was a simple one conquer and receive tribute.
It is nice to see the Rangers have a normal life outside of being Power Rangers. Billy applies to Promethea and if they do not accept him it would be their biggest mistake. Billy can be shy and nervous but he is smarter than most and a great addition to any team.
Rita is taking a different approach here to her usual attacks. Kimberly and Matthew are a couple but Rita has plans for them. She has plans for Matthew that are going to affect the whole team but most deeply Kimberly.
The story is slow with not much happening and very little action. There is one scene of danger but it is over quickly.
Billy comes up with a surprise that will be shocking if it happens in more ways than one.
Rita, when she is shown, looks bored. This part was before the Power Rangers and having them in her life has sparked her into life. Her evil has blossomed with them around.
The art has Goldarr looking sharp but otherwise, there is nothing of interest.
The Power Rangers do need to go go and do more.
