Comments: Parminder Patel is onboard the Slingshot to study Pharos an alien. He comes before the real threat of the Borealis.
Pharos look is a nice sleek design. The honeycomb design on his skin is a great touch. Pharos is from a warrior race.
The look given to Pharos’s alien planet definitely lets you know it is alien. Lots of plant life and different architecture.
The use of colors is beautifully done. Lots of subdued colors are used.
This issue sets up what is to come that is the Borealis which would be a huge threat to the planet Earth.
Parminder does have a chat with the alien prisoner and she finds out why he is here and how that came to be. His is a sad story one that could become Earth’s as well.
Parminder is like a psychologist even though she is a technology specialist from Equilibrium. She is a wonderful character that you will want to follow in future issues.
