Comments: A King seeks his Queen, with one brave faithful soldier at his back. The skeletal warriors that attack them are beautifully illustrated. The King finds himself on his own and face to face with a dragon. His army has a few soldiers left to fight at his side.
King Scemu is written as a brave man who cares about those he commands.
Things seem off as the King continues. The King and one solder, V’arma make it to face the sorcerer, Draoid.
This story starts very simply and then takes a different turn. Things that did not add up suddenly do. Your outlook on the characters will change. This turn of events takes a borrowing story and turns it on its head.
At the start, a few more facts would have been nice. Queen’s name is not mentioned in the story only on the back cover.
The title of this comic as it ends is explained. The King deserves to be on the hunt. Your feelings about the characters will change as you move through the story.
