This is a post-apocalyptic type world. The Black Dog Clan find themselves in a fight for their lives. The fighting is a bloody battle.
The art is beautifully done as it presents this world where you fight just to live. Tracy is shown as a cute girl manning a turret. Bevin the new guy to the group is a handsome man and a good man.
There is drama in this tribe. Lamont the leader is not as good a leader as he should be. He cares more about his sexual needs and fighting than about his son, wife or others. He needs to grow up.
This issue does just get the story started. It introduces you to the main characters and sets up the story. High drama awaits you here and plenty of action.
