The comic uses super-hero imagery to help illustrate the facts about diabetes type 1. Gary’s doctor is named Dr. Richards like in the Fantastic Four.
we see Gary adjusting do learning to control his blood sugar level. It takes a little time.
The art is good and definitely fits this comic. The super-hero scenes are cool to see.
One important thing mentioned here is to reach out and get help. Learn all you can.
Diabetes Type 1 is explained and you get an idea of what it is like for a person with it. It is not easy sometimes to live with but you can lead a normal life.
