Comments: A group of kids Tank, Amanda, Ben, and Murphy are friends. These kids have problems but at least they do have each other. It is easy to see in the art and writing they are troubled yet hanging out with each other brings them joy. These friends support each other so much. They are as close as an actual family maybe more so. Then one of them is not there. Your heart will break for them.
Now remaining kids have only each other and they face incredible odds in solving what really happened to their friend. This is a murder mystery that will pull at your heartstrings and get you excited to see what happens next.
The overall setting is sad as these kids are all good just they have been dealt a bad hand. No one cares about them except themselves. They may be just a couple of kids no one cares about but they do deserve to still be treated as humans and with respect.
The art fits the story perfectly it has them looking as just ordinary kids.
You will be hooked on these kids and their lives as they work to solve this mystery.
