Dollface, Vampblade, and Zombie Tramp were combined into one body now Amalgama controls that body and she has the powers of all three.
On Batau Ceti 16 the Queen is placed in the Lazarus Chamber. Yes, it does the same as the Lazarus Pit in DC Comics. She emerges looking like a mashup. There is topless nudity so this comic is for a mature audience. She has a wonderful expression. Her new body is powerful.
Amalgama’s first act is to slaughter all her minions. She goes on a murderous rage. Lots of blood is spilled. She has become even more of a monster.
Lazerbeek is something else. It is Amalgama’s ride, a composite creature like her.
The issue is just done to present the character and set up what is to come. Amalgama is a new monster and one to be feared as she starts out on her mission of vengeance.
