Comments: Well we do get to see magic being used. Then next we attend a funeral. It is quite apparent that the dead person here was not loved. Alfie was a user of magic. Now he is buried in the ground.
Bloody El aka Ellie Hawthorne the introduction to this character is so well done. You just have to love her. She is a tough one for sure.
A Summoning occurs and the supernatural entity summoned wants one man. He is a polite supernatural creature. Bloody El works for Frankie Wax a gangster. Frankie has a wife Liza and she is one to be careful of. She is the power behind the throne.
Things have changed in the underworld meaning Hell and demons now roam the Earth. What do they want? Well read the comic and find out.
The art is nice and gritty as is the story. Bloody El with her magic hammer is a force to be reconned with. She is drawn as a woman who is sure of herself until she is not. With all these demons free what will Bloody El do?
This is a slightly different take on demons and magic. Here the demons may actually not be evil, the people thought well…
