Comments: Madam Want is having a fashion show and she is up to no good so of course Buffy and Willow plan to attend the show. Things do start turning weird after the fashion show. Things really get strange as Buffy and Willow find themselves in a place they never expected to be. The story does have a fun side.
Now this story is about fighting evil yet also about ones impression of one’s self. Madam Want is a great character as a villian and seeing Buffy and Willow against her was a nice change of pace.
The art is beautifully done showing off the teen girls. The roller blading guys are strange and they are also a nice touch to the story.
It is fun to watch Giles, Angel, Buffy and Willow hanging out at the bowling alley.
This issue is done differently then most Buffy stories. There is not a lot of fighting. The story though does grab your interest and it pulls you in. The win here does seem like a win and it leaves it open for a return match.
