Comments: “Moose vs. The Vending Machine”
Poor Moose all he wants is a candy bar from the vending machine. You will not imagine how hard that is. Moose for a minute here is actually thinking too. Only for a minute, though. This is a fun story about Moose’s appetite and the trouble it can cause. We also see Moose and Midge interacting. Moose is such endearing character.
The art looking great. Midge is beautiful and Moose is a big powerful guy. His expressions are cute.
“Have It All” Moose has it all. Sports star, Midge the love of his life and he gets by in classes too.
Moose has a busy week ahead of him. It takes all he has to get through the week but he does it. Nothing stops Moose and he has a few friends to help out too. Great art accompanies the story as well. Moose though is really something else. You will feel so proud of him.
“The Big Difference” Moose and a teen with a handicap are hanging out together. Moose does not treat him any different than anyone else and that is how it should be. Moose does not even notice he is different because he is not. It is surprising that Jughead is used in this story to point out the handicap. Jughead’s character is usually better than that. The lesson here is having a handicap does not make one better or worse than anyone else. The art looks great on all the characters.
