Comments: Vinnie and Venus are friends and he is a sculpturer doing a sculpture of Venus. Venus is a part of the Round Table of America a super-hero team. She gets a call and is off to battle evil. Now Vinnie an artist is more than that, he gets a call as well and is off to investigate a possible threat.
Then we skip to A.E.G.I.S. as two members step in to handle an alien monster on the loose. They act in a professional manner only with a lot of arrogance. Vanguard and Vinnie are forwarned that the monster alien A.E.G.I.S. faced is an imminent threat for Earth and not just one but many.
The art is black and white and could be a bit clearer. The shading of the time does tend to make it harder to make out certain features of people.
The story of A.E.G.I.S. fighting the monster alien is well written except for not naming the two superheroes. Vinnie Freshco story is explained better at the start yet it does not really get going anywhere.
It does show promise it just needs more to it.
