Comments: Valadar now rules Valderia and all over especially in Fanghelm, the capital violence is everywhere as Valadar’s minions want everyone to swear allegiance to Valadar and denounce the Lion God.
Kelthan is a shadow of his former self after his defeat at the hands of Valadar. Even his Battlecats teammates can not get him to pick himself up out of his pity party. He is a Hero of Legend only here it does not seem he is any longer.
Valada has his victory yet it does seem hollow. Sometimes the winning is better than having as reality sets in and you realize that what you fought for means more than what you win.
The art is gorgeously done throughout this book and the battle scenes are exciting action-packed fights.
Artain and the Queen believe in the Battlecats and Kelthan realizes he does to and in himself. He just needs some time. He does need to get ready for Valadar and he has a plan. Now though he is a pitiful creature who needs to focus and here we see that beginning. Kelthan is far from out of this story.
