Comments: “The Best Things in Life are Free” Here we learn all about Jughead’s outlook on life and how one should live one’s life. Jughead can take a girl on a great date and have it cost nothing. He is a great guy and the universe thinks so too. What he puts out he gets back. Betty looks so cute in the art here. Jughead is drawn amazingly. Jughead does prove that sometimes he is simply amazing.
“Dilton’s Date with Disaster” Veronica goes on a date with Dilton. It is not a usual date for Veronica and Dilton is out of his safe zone. The art is boring. Dilton though does try hard to please.
“Kevin Keller is…Self-Possessed” Kevin and his date Devin and these two start off slow yet they do warm up to each other and start to relax. First dates can be stressful.
The stories here are not overly romantic yet each one does show some aspect of love. Archie is the one character connecting these stories yet he himself is like a background character that works and lets other characters shine in the spotlight.
