Comments: The Vampire Hunter Mara is shown, fighting vampires. This look into the past is violent. Blood is spilled and drank. From the set up here, she will end up playing a major role eventually in this comic.
Angel has come to Sunnydale. He is a dark brooding character. Those who know him know he has a good soul. He is a vampire but that does not have to make him evil.
The art is dark as fits the setting. Vampires do exist and they walk the streets of Sunnydale.  So does something else. Its first strike is at Angel. This is a dark evil that exists to kill. It kills by using other’s weaknesses against them. It preys on the innocent. Which makes this a very dangerous thing and it is after Angel.
So evil mysterious being, Angel the vampire, Lilith cute sexy vampiress, and a little town called Sunnydale all the ingredients for a building horror comic.
