Comments: Ambassador Rideau has an assassin after him, Roulette who seems to have some kind of good luck power.
We shift to a prison called Mako and Rick Mastertine he is the new Warden. Deadly men are imprisoned here and also superpowered villains. As Rick takes a tour we see some of the inmates up close. The art illustrating them brings these characters across as dangerous yet they know they are imprisoned and unable to hurt anyone.
The new Warden is a hardass man. He takes his job very seriously. He knows right away something is up with the Doctor there. The Doctor as well as watching the new Warden closely. These two are going to butt heads.
Four prisoners are making an escape. They have planned it out. They also have help. The escape is moving fast and Rick and the guards are pushing themselves.
The black and white art brings across the character’s personalities. The super beings are done as tough guys with a look that is still normal enough that you will think of them as men.
As the escape continues the action intensifies. There is also a hidden agenda with one of the prisoners.
Things in Mako for the new Warden are anything but quiet. When he arrives things start happening and he takes action. Rick is on his way to making a fine Warden.
