Writers/Artists: Kris Wilson, Rob Denbleyker, Matt Melvin & Dave McElfatrick

Rating: 10/10

This week, I will look at the Cyanide & Happiness: Punching Zoo collection, the 20th anniversary of C&H’s first compilation.

This collection has a slick design going for it, but inside, the humor that defines the brand is alive and well due to the most surrealistic and sometimes offensive elements that shine throughout the collection (They’re not bad if you don’t take them too seriously) and their frequent uses of pop culture is simply brilliant, but they C&H team never uses it as a crutch, but they rely solely on their unique creativity to help make these strips hilarious and memorable; From the twist endings to the dark and cynical themes that tend to run through most of the strips, C&H took some of the most depressing and bleak life moments and turned it into pure comedy and mid you, these C&H collections are for fans of anyone who wants some extreme in their humor while blazing a trail that featured their animated sketches being off the wall funny while inspiring other comedy outfits such as Spaceskits become popular on social media, it’s the perfect time to be a C&H fan while celebrating their 20th anniversary in pure chaotic yet humorous style so here’s to 20 years of C&H and absolutely looking forward to the next few years of their brand of comedy.

Well, that’s it for me this week. Thanks for sticking around and I look forward to seeing you all next time.
