CORRECTION: As the Washington Post reported, and Katie Porter confirmed, Porter dressed as BAT GIRL today. She did NOT dress as Bat Man.
NRCC also missed the fact that it was Haloween on the 31st, which was the reason for the costume and it wasn’t not random cosplay. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
