PERFECT 10 is a fast moving, action packed 32 page sci-fi superhero adventure comic about a young woman named Ten who is being hunted by superpowered murderers. As she fights for her life, she discovers why these so-called metanormals are after her, a shocking truth that sends her on a path of heroism.
Sometimes I can’t even believe this is all real. But it is, right? I actually got to work with one of my favorite artists, to produce a book that has been in my head for decades. And here we have it, ready to go to print. Someone pinch me!

My name is Dave Brink. I live in the Netherlands with the love of my life Edith, and my fuzzy feline friend Thibeaux. The book I’m presenting to you today is actually my third creator owned title. I’ve ran successful crowdfunding campaigns for my other two comic series (Earthling, and Dreamgirl: Sleeper Agent), but this is my first time on IndieGoGo.
The idea for Perfect 10 came to me back in the nineties, an era wherein comics had never been cooler. Well, to me at least. That, plus I was a huge fan of Tomb Raider. What a time to be alive!
Anyway, the initial premise was fairly simple; what if Lara Croft had to fight actual comic book supervillains? Who doesn’t want to see that?!
Somehow I got the opportunity to do a project with artist Pow Rodrix (Wolverine, The Avengers, Justice League of America), and I knew Perfect 10 was it. This book had to happen!
We brought on board color wizard Daniel Rodrigues, who is one of the nicest guys I know, and lettering veteran Hde, whose professional input is always invaluable. Not much of Hde’s work is shown on these preview pages, but that’s only because I don’t want to potentially spoil important story elements. The full experience is in the printed book!
